IPMWORKS will establish a large integrated EU-wide network of farmers and advisors with the objectives to:
1. demonstrate that IPM ‘works’ when IPM-based strategies are designed at the farm level with a holistic approach;
2. promote the adoption of advanced cost-effective IPM strategies, to reduce the reliance on pesticides while enhancing farm profitability;
3. promote a new advisory paradigm to facilitate the routine use of advanced IPM, hence fostering a reduction in European pesticide use;
4. establish a multi-actor organization able to promote the general adoption of advanced IPM by all farmers across EU.
