A Journey Towards Empowerment and Collaboration

The Strategy Workshop served as an integral part of the Erasmus+ program “Young EUFRAS-YPARD Mentoring and Training Program 2022/23.” This program brought together 20 young consultants from six different countries, providing them with invaluable training in consulting skills. These young advisors, connected through shared experiences and a passion for agricultural consulting, form the cornerstone of future collaborations within the vast landscape of European agricultural consulting.

Setting Goals, Crafting Strategies

The heart of the Strategy Workshop was an interactive and participatory exploration of Young EUFRAS’s goals and strategies. Participants collectively shaped the vision for Young EUFRAS and then collaboratively designed the strategies to realize these aspirations. The workshop was an open forum for idea exchange and collaborative brainstorming—a true embodiment of the spirit of Young EUFRAS.

The Road Ahead: Concrete Actions and Opportunities

As participants put their ideas into action, they laid the foundation for the next steps and tangible activities of Young EUFRAS. The workshop marked a significant milestone in charting the course for the youth in European agricultural advisory services. The strategies and plans that emerged are poised to have a lasting impact on the future of the advisory landscape.

The workshop language was English, emphasizing the inclusivity of Young EUFRAS and its aspiration to connect advisors from diverse linguistic backgrounds. The results and outcomes of this insightful workshop were presented at the EUFRAS meeting, further reinforcing the commitment of Young EUFRAS to the larger advisory network.

Young EUFRAS is not just a network; it’s a vision for the future, nurtured by young advisors who are determined to drive positive change in European rural advisory services.
