Young advisors learn in Bavaria

Last week, our young advisors from Austria, Latvia, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Ukraine participating in the Erasmus+ "Young EUFRAS-YPARD Mentoring and Training Program 2022/23" had a fantastic opportunity to visit their mentors in Germany for a hands-on practice field visit.

Last week, our young advisors from Austria, Latvia, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Ukraine participating in the Erasmus+ "Young EUFRAS-YPARD Mentoring and Training Program 2022/23" had a fantastic opportunity to visit their mentors in Germany for a hands-on practice field visit.

During this mentorship part of the program, our twenty mentees had the chance to apply the skills they've acquired over the past few months in real-world scenarios. Not only did they benefit from receiving structured feedback from their mentors, but they also gained practical experience in consulting projects.

This immersive activity provided our young advisors with firsthand insights and expertise from experienced professionals, further enriching their learning journey.
